Outside Chance by The Turtles

The Turtles were one of those infuriating bands that could release sugary pop tat (like ‘She’d Rather Be With Me’), only to sneak crackers like ‘Buzzsaw’ and ‘Outside Chance’ out too. Focusing on the latter, The Turtles came up with a headrush of garage snot and  Beatle riffs (circa ‘Ticket To Ride’) to make one of the best pop singles of the sixties.
