Osama Bin Laden fancies Whitney Houston?

August 23, 2006

Whitney_houstonSometimes you come across news stories that aren’t really anything to do with the things you’re in to. More often than not, they’re only good for passing time… but sometimes, they’re too good to resist. The latest one is evil warlord of the world, Osama Bin Laden, and his boyish crush on warbling diva Whitney Houston. First Serge, now Osama!

The bizarre report by Harpers Bazaar magazine highlights passages
written by Sudanese poet and novelist Kola Boof, who says she was
forced to become the Saudi warlord’s sex slave for four months in 1996
while in Morocco… she then revealed Osama’s love for ginger haired faux soulies.

Arthurlee1969Tributes have continued to pour in from stars and peers of Arthur Lee after his untimely death earlier this month.

Robert Plant, lifelong Love votary who played at Arthur’s fund-raising benefit show at NY’s Beacon Theatre on June 23.

“Reaching so far back to those remarkable works of dark beauty then
witnessing his wild, unsettling presence in the present, I was
convinced there could be no end to Arthur. He careened five minutes
then five light years away from gathering the shards of creativity to
compete with his unassailable past – a tough call; I believed he could
do it; I was waiting. Alas, the Vindicator moves on.”

Teens who listen to raunchy songs have sex earlier says study

August 8, 2006

BilljustisraunchyA study carried out in the US has concluded that teens who listen to ‘raunchy’ songs tend to have sex earlier than those that don’t. Young people who listen to music with "sexually degrading" lyrics that
describe women as sex objects and portray men as "sex-driven studs"
were almost twice as likely to start being sexually active within the
next two years than teens who listened to little or no sexually
degrading music, according to a study by the Rand Corporation, a
Pittsburgh-based thinktank.
